It was awarded the title of Zhejiang Provincial Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative SME in 2021.

It was granted the title of Zhejiang Provincial High-tech Enterprise R&D Center in 2014.

It was awarded the title of National Key Leading Enterprise in Forestry in 2013.

It was honored as a Key Cultural Enterprise under Zhejiang Cultural Industry Development Project 122 in 2011.

It was awarded the title of Zhejiang Famous Trade Name in 2009.

In 2008, the company won the Lishui Mayor's Quality Award. The individual was named an Influential Figure Promoting China's Toy Industry Development and recognized as a Representative Inheritor of the third batch of Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage — Wooden Toy Craftsmanship.

It was awarded the title of Zhejiang Provincial Key Leading Agricultural Enterprise in 2007.

In 2006, he was honored as Outstanding Entrepreneur of China's Toy Industry and Zhejiang Master of Arts and Crafts.

In 2005, Mr. Liao Fuxin served as Vice President of the China Toy Association. On June 24, 2011, the association was renamed the China Toy & Juvenile Products Association, with him continuing to hold the vice president position.

It was awarded the title of Outstanding Enterprise in China's Toy Industry in 2004.

In 2003, it took the lead in establishing Xinyun Wood Industry Group, driving the enterprise onto the fast track of high-quality development.

In 2002, it was awarded the title of National Honest and Law-Abiding Township Enterprise.

In 2000, it was awarded the title of China Trustworthy Enterprise for Light Industry Product Quality.

Starting from March 1998, Mr. Liao Fuxin was elected Vice Chairman of the 5th to 7th Yunhe County Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and was awarded the honorary title of National Outstanding Director (Manager/Chairman) of Township Enterprises.In April 1999, he invested to establish Zhejiang Xinyun Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd. The company achieved an industrial output value exceeding 100 million yuan in the same year, marking its first leap forward in development.

From a small workshop to a "wooden toy industry flagship", Mr. Liao led the enterprise to grow from small to large and from weak to strong through down-to-earth hard work, proving the conviction that **a small mountain county can build a major industry.In 1995, the factory he founded achieved an output value exceeding 50 million yuan, ranking 231st among China’s Top 500 Private Enterprises.

In 1990, he founded Yunhe Xinyun Toy Experimental Factory. Its output value reached one million yuan in the very year, laying a solid foundation for the enterprise and igniting the spark of Yunhe's wooden toy industry.

Mr. Liao Fuxin was born in Yunhe, Zhejiang on June 10, 1951. He entered the wooden toy industry in 1972 and devoted his entire life to the craft of wooden toys.  In 1986, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in a simple workshop of merely over ten square meters, starting with three machines, seven workers and a fund of 6,000 yuan.
