On December 11, Li Li, Vice Chairman of Yunhe County Federation of Trade Unions, led a team to conduct research at Zhejiang Xinyun Wood Industry Group and paid a visit to Li Jinlong, recipient of the honorary title "Zhejiang Craftsman".

Li Jinlong serves as Workshop Director of Zhejiang Xinyun Wood Industry Group Co., Ltd. He was awarded the title of Provincial Model Worker in 2014 and the honorary title of "Zhejiang Craftsman" in 2018. He completed the three-year technical school course in toy production in just one year, achieving proficiency in turning, modeling, milling and planing, and became a well-known technical expert across the group. He also improved fixtures and cutting tools, greatly boosting work efficiency. By optimizing the processing technology of track trains, he added over one million yuan to the enterprise’s annual profit. He replaced the traditional 2.0 paint spray gun with a concentrated directional 1.5 spray gun, raising the paint adhesion rate by more than 20%. His invented roller painting technology, a county-first innovation, saves 40% of paint consumption and greatly reduces pollution emissions.

Huang Wei, Chairman of the Trade Union of Zhejiang Xinyun Wood Industry Group, reported on the company’s staff skill training and competency improvement work, expressed pride in the achievements made by enterprise employees, and stated the willingness to carry out staff skill exchange activities with other enterprises.
