On March 12, Zhang Jinru, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Zhejiang Provincial Economic and Information Commission, led a delegation to Yunhe to investigate the "precise targeted services for enterprises to get off to a good start" campaign. County leaders Zhang Jianming, Ye Xuyong, Wang Xinrong, Ye Shiyang and persons-in-charge of relevant departments accompanied the investigation.

Zhang Jinru and his party inspected Huanchi Steel Ball Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Xinyun Wood Industry Group Co., Ltd. and Huahong Steel Products Co., Ltd. to learn about the difficulties and problems encountered by the enterprises in their development, and listened in detail to reports on Yunhe County’s economic and industrial operation.

Since last year, Yunhe County has integrated the campaign of “100 officials serving 100 enterprises with precision” with educational practice activities and the “Three Roles” initiative for leading officials. It has effectively implemented precise targeting, adopted various measures to help enterprises solve difficulties, promoted efficient capacity utilization, expanded effective industrial investment, assigned major economic indicators to enterprises, towns (subdistricts) and relevant departments, and strengthened follow-up monitoring to ensure steady industrial growth.

After listening to the reports, Zhang Jinru fully acknowledged Yunhe’s achievements in industrial economic development. Regarding the next-stage work, he urged Yunhe to further implement the provincial Party Committee and government’s spirit of “uniting as one to deliver results and support a good start”, strive for a strong first-quarter industrial performance; adapt to local conditions, comprehensively apply measures such as “machine replacement of labor” and “vacating cages to attract new birds” to accelerate the development of leading industries including wooden toys; promote enterprise transformation and upgrading, guide enterprises to strengthen R&D of new products, technologies and services, advance in-depth integration of industrialization and information technology, and continuously enhance market competitiveness.
