During the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, all regions, departments and all sectors of society in the city conscientiously implemented the Scientific Outlook on Development and vigorously promoted energy conservation and consumption reduction. In the process of achieving the city’s energy conservation and consumption reduction targets for the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, a large number of advanced units and individuals have emerged, making significant contributions to the successful completion of the city’s energy conservation goals. To commend advanced models and further promote energy conservation and consumption reduction in the city, it is decided to award 88 units including the Lishui Municipal Development and Reform Commission as Advanced Energy Conservation Units, and 79 comrades including Zhang Weirong as Advanced Individuals in Energy Conservation Work.

It is hoped that the awarded units and individuals will continue to forge ahead, innovate, and make new contributions to the city’s energy conservation and consumption reduction efforts. The whole city should follow the example of these advanced units and individuals, strive for excellence, and work together to make new contributions to achieving the energy conservation targets of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan.
