From June 22 to 24, after holding a training lecture for more than 100 participants in our city, the expert lawyer group successively visited foreign-related enterprises including Xinyun Wood Industry, Hexin Toys, Baofeng Steel Industry and Jinxin Stainless Steel to provide legal consultation and services. At each enterprise, in-depth discussions were held with the lawyer group on issues such as foreign-related contract disputes, overseas product standard testing, intellectual property protection, independent brand building, overseas trademark registration, Sino-foreign joint venture contracts, EU anti-dumping measures, trade barriers and foreign trade risk prevention, seeking professional guidance from experts. The on-site experts carefully analyzed practical cases, offered face-to-face and one-on-one professional legal explanations, and delivered legal opinions, suggestions and solutions, bringing substantial benefits to the enterprises. This marks the seventh consecutive year that the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce has launched the Legal Service Month activity. Through special lectures, seminars and case studies, the activity not only diagnoses practical problems faced by enterprises on the spot, but also builds a communication bridge between enterprises and legal experts.
