Recently, the Lishui Overseas Chinese Business Economic Training Course and the 10th Entrepreneur Training Course were held in Yunhe. More than 40 overseas Chinese community presidents, key members of overseas Chinese associations, and Lishui-born overseas Chinese entrepreneurs from 17 countries and regions participated in the training course. In addition to attending expert lectures, the participants also conducted on-site inspections of Yunhe Xinyun Toys Group, Changting Homestays and Yunman Hotel, attended the Yunhe County Investment Promotion Project Promotion Conference, and had interactive exchanges with responsible persons or in-charge leaders of relevant departments such as the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Economic Cooperation Office, the Municipal Tourism Commission, the Municipal Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, the Municipal Chamber of Commerce Bureau, the Municipal Financial Work Office, the Development Zone and the Customs on the city's ecological tourism, foreign-related trade, investment and financing. The overseas Chinese businessmen stated that they were deeply impressed by the good environment of Lishui's ecological tourism, which further enhanced their enthusiasm and confidence in returning to Lishui for investment and business development.

Ye Shiyang delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. He said that in recent years, Yunhe has continuously improved the grassroots work network by strengthening the construction of the basic database of overseas Chinese affairs, thoroughly explored and carried out grassroots overseas Chinese affairs work, and enthusiastically provided reception, transportation, contact and other services for overseas Chinese and overseas Chinese businessmen. He hoped that the majority of overseas Chinese businessmen would enter Yunhe to appreciate the real mountains and waters and roam the fairy-tale world, and also hoped that they would pay more attention to, care for and support the development of Yunhe, come to invest and start businesses in Yunhe, and achieve common development.
