Since the launch of the "811" Environmental Pollution Remediation Campaign in 2004, all regions and departments in our city have adhered to the guidance of the Scientific Outlook on Development, conscientiously implemented national and provincial environmental protection policies, guidelines, laws and regulations. In accordance with the provincial deployment of the "811" campaign and local realities, all parties have earnestly performed their duties and carried out various work, achieving remarkable results.

To recognize advanced models and further promote related work, it is decided upon deliberation to confer the honorary title of Municipal Advanced Collective in "811" Environmental Pollution Remediation on 28 units including the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, and the title of Municipal Advanced Individual in "811" Environmental Pollution Remediation on 59 persons including Hu Jian.

It is hoped that the honored advanced units and individuals will cherish their honors, remain modest and prudent, build on their achievements, and make new contributions in the new round of environmental pollution remediation. All government departments, enterprises, cadres and staff across the city should follow these models, strengthen environmental protection and pollution prevention in accordance with the Scientific Outlook on Development, and make new achievements in ecological civilization construction.
