To fully utilize the patent system to encourage enterprises to carry out independent innovation and enhance core competitiveness, in accordance with the provisions of the Notice of Lishui Municipal People's Government General Office on Issuing the Measures for Recognition and Administration of Lishui Municipal Patent Demonstration Enterprises(Li Zheng Ban Fa〔2006〕No.172), through voluntary enterprise application and relevant evaluation procedures, 8 enterprises including Zhejiang Lishui Chuanren Stationery Co., Ltd. have been recognized as Municipal Patent Demonstration Enterprises and are hereby announced.

All demonstration enterprises are expected to conscientiously implement the national and provincial guidelines on patent demonstration work, strengthen independent innovation capacity building, and set an innovative example for the sound and rapid development of enterprises across the city.
